As experienced in Aramaic and some Dance camps, these ancient Chinese folk exercises are arranged by Neil Douglas-Klotz to provide a simple stretch and warm-up of about 20-25 minutes. The exercises work to gently adjust and stretch connective tissue throughout the body so that it provides the proper accommodation for the position of bones, ligaments, muscles and organs. The gentleness of the exercise is essential to their neuro-physiological effects. Side one describes each exercise; side two states the name of each exercise only, in the timing needed for the series.
